One of the best is cloves because clove will kill off the eggs as well as living bacteria. So will eating cinnamon and more intense spices like Cayenne. Cinnamon won’t cause too much side-effect wise, but be wary of cayenne. Make sure you do research on the herb/spice specifically before you start consuming an excess amount of these.
5. Diatomaceous Earth
Diatomaceous Earth (DE) really is a miracle product. It occurs naturally and comes in a variety of styles. Some aren’t safe to consume but are great deterrents for bugs (like bedbugs). Taken in water or tea up to 3 X a day can drastically change the way you’re feeling. Make sure you’re following the instructions on the bottle and doing your research on which you’re taking and how it might interact with your body and other things you might be taking.
