However, while taking fruit juice make sure that the fruits are fresh otherwise it could be another cause of dehydration. Dehydration can cause harm not only to your body but also to your skin. So, you should try to avoid dehydration as much as possible.

5. Carrying umbrella, hats, and sunglasses:


Whenever you go out in sun you must ensure that you carry an umbrella, hat, and sunglasses. Umbrella and hats can protect your skin from the direct sun ray. Umbrella will also be very useful when you will not dip in the water and will sit on the sand of the beach. Sitting under an umbrella can offer you the best place to sit on the beach. Sunglasses can protect your eyes from the sun. Protecting eyes is very essential and this can only become possible when you will wear a good ultraviolet blocking sunglasses before you go out in sun during the summer season.
